40-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by pilates, dance and acrobatics.

The Sandton Yoga Lounge was born in 2018 when we, along with a group of devoted teachers, set out to create a space where yogis could practise and experience the true meaning of Yoga.
