200 Hour Be Yoga Vinyasa Teacher Training
Join Tegan for her 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa Teacher Training and fulfilling your dreams of becoming a Yoga teacher! This 200 hour can be attended in person at Premier Health in Blairgowrie and online, all sessions are recorded should you not be able to attend certain lectures or classes.
This four month part-time training will be led by Tegan Burger, an advanced and experienced Yoga teacher who will be there to support and guide throughout the training to ensure you become the greatest teacher possible.
Upon completion of this teacher training you will be fully equipped with all of the skills to lead safe and well considered classes with confidence and ease. Your own personal practice will grow leaps and bounds as you will have Tegan as your personal mentor throughout the three months. This teacher training is for anyone looking to go deeper within their own yoga practice or to share their love for the practice.
This transformative programme is designed to take each student step by step through the journey to becoming a safe and effective yoga teacher.

7 + 8 June Exam Weekend 9 - 13.30

Tegan Burger is a highly experienced yoga teacher who has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. Tegan believes that yoga is not just about physical exercise, but also about finding inner peace and connection to the present moment. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment in her classes, where students can explore their own unique practice and discover the benefits of yoga for themselves. With her extensive knowledge and understanding of the practice, Tegan is able to guide her students on their journey towards greater health and happiness. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Tegan's classes are sure to deepen your practice and help you connect with your mind, body, and spirit.
I will always be looking to learn, grow, and develop, not only as a teacher but as a student too. For me, Yoga is about bringing myself to each present moment and in those moments living as the best version of myself.
