Your Instructor: Julia Graesser

Julia founded Warrior Princess Yoga in 2017, a yoga school based in Denmark focusing on high quality teacher education, yoga therapy and corporate well-being. Julia is a highly skilled yoga educator and holistic yoga therapist with over 3,300 hours of teaching experience and 1,950+ hours of certified training incl. her holistic yoga therapist degree. She taught many Yoga Alliance certified 200h yoga teacher trainings and continued education programs around the world and is very passionate about helping fellow yoga teachers to deepen their skillset and gain more confidence teaching well-balanced, accessible and safe classes.  Her extensive expertise spans Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Kaula Tantra Yoga, Fascia and Face Yoga and specialized therapeutic Yoga. Julia’s qualifications include advanced studies in pranayama with Mark Stephens, trauma-informed facilitation, and functional Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Julia integrates diverse disciplines such as Sanskrit and yoga philosophy studies, as well as fascia sciences into her teachings, making her approach uniquely comprehensive and deeply impactful.  Julia’s teaching style is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment, helping students and teachers alike deepen their practice and find their unique path to wellness.
