BodyMind Fitness offers women a safe, fun and supportive facility to exercise. We offer Aerial Yoga Classes and Yoga events.
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga that uses a hammock/ yoga swing to allow students to perform yoga postures. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance and acrobatics. It is great for anyone who spends a long time sitting or has back pain because it has a decompressing effect on the body. Its fun and challenging at the same time!
Our Women only studio provides a safe and nurturing environment where you aren't just a member but part of a community of like minded, supportive women who uplift and encourage each other.
