We are thrilled to invite you to our comprehensive yoga event, a day dedicated to holistic well-being and rejuvenation.
With October being Mental Health Awareness Month, our activities have your mental health in mind. On the day, we are offering yoga classes (for adults and kiddies), Pilates, a gut-health talk, Nia Dance as well as a Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey. All our sessions are suitable for beginners - giving you the opportunity to attend any session, even if it is your first time.
