About
After many years of Pilates Practice, she was introduced to yoga in 2016 and after her impromptu trip to India in 2017, she was motivated to deepen her own practice and gain a better understanding of the philosophy behind yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2018 and found herself wanting to share her knowledge and the many benefits that yoga has to offer. She believes in doing things with intent and grace and her classes offer a mindful exploration of self.
