I am an Accountant by profession. Early in my career the daily demands of my work led me to search for any course that would help me cope with the stressful nature of the environments that came with working as an Accountant. It was an effort to find grounding to stay true and committed to my vision and purpose.

My Yoga journey started in a park in Stellenbosch. I remember leaving the class feeling refreshed and grateful for all that was. Any hard day at the office inspired me to look forward to spending time on my mat so as to reset.

Six years later, my practice encouraged me to start teaching. To share with others yoga tools and techniques to holdout the external influences that come with life' experiences; through maintaining a healthy body, a nourished mind and a gentle spirit

Qualifications:

• 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

• Currently Completing Children's Yoga Teacher Training
