About:
I fell in love with Yoga 5 years ago when I began my journey towards self-discovery. What started as a transition to a plant-based lifestyle led to me registering for my first YTT in 2020 with Tegan Burger. Yoga has transformed my life and put me on the path towards self-awareness and healing.
I'm passionate about sharing this lifestyle and empowering people to take their health and wellness into their own hands. I'm a Holistic Wellness Advocate and Coach and assist people to realise their full potential both on and off the mat.
In addition to teaching Asana (Vinyasa, Yin & Power Yoga), I also teach Pranayama and Meditation. I believe that health, prosperity, peace and abundance are our birthrights, and aim to share this through this beautiful Yoga practice.
Qualifications:
500 HR Vinyasa YTT - Be Yoga RYS.
Masters in Public Administration & Management
