Having practiced yoga for the past decade, I've practiced many different kinds: Vinyasa, Hot26, Power Vinyasa, Budokon, Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha, Pre and Postnatal yoga... but my first love is vinyasa.
My yoga teaching focus is on bringing yoga to people in a way that is simple, understanding that anatomically, our bodies are all different and do different things in different ways. Yoga is something that everybody can do, not just the "super-flexy" types.
I’m just a normal person who likes yoga. Now I teach other normal people yoga. It’s that simple.
