Cait McKenzie
About:
Cait first discovered yoga at 16 years old when she took a class at a gym. At 19 she went on to complete her 200hr teacher training in Johannesburg and has been sharing her passion for yoga ever since.
Her classes are well-centred, challenging and fun as she aims to help people find and nurture their inner stillness and find an authentic connection within themselves. The approach taken to each lesson is one that allows for the practice to be taken off the mat and into everyday life.
Since beginning her teaching journey, Cait has been captivated by the honest power of yoga and it’s ability to shift and impact people’s lives. Inspired by this experience, Cait chose to continue her studies through a bachelor’s in psychology, so that she may further enable people to heal and transform their lives.
