I guide weekly group and private sessions in Pringle Bay. Hatha-based flow practice, yin yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork and meditation classes as well as bi-weekly conscious movement practice to support us in shifting energies that might have gotten stuck in our system. Creating space and ability for the delights of life.
