Angelique is a Qualified 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher, Personal Trainer as well as Hot 26 Yoga Teacher. She offers Private (Mobile) Yoga classes for Beginners as well as group classes on the weekends

Angelique’s packages include a 45 minute beginner yoga stretch class with a 45 minute relaxing or deep tissue massage ( the perfect combination of stretching and relaxation all in one )

She also offers Thai Yoga Massage as well as Swedish and Sports Massage. Angelique has 11 years Massage experience and has her level 1, 2 and Advanced in Reiki.
