About Your host
Hi, I'm Lauren! I am an Advanced Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Crystal & Sound Therapist & Sacred Ceremony Facilitator. I found & fell in love with the practise of Yoga over 15 years ago. It was then that I first started to notice a deep sense of peace, of love & connection to myself, others & nature which intrigued me to find out all I could about what I was experiencing.
The more I immersed myself in yoga, breath work & meditation the more whole I felt, the more at home I felt in my body & the more peace I felt moment to moment. In the more recent years I have connected to the healing & harmony brought about by crystal healing, sound therapy & sacred ceremonies. I run a very successful soul centred business called Soul Sessions in Durban & am so passionate & in love with what I do!
