Nisreen Ismail
About:
Nisreen’s desire to understand and help others stemmed from traumatic life experiences. In a traditional mind set, she began a career in corporate specialising in Human Resources nationally and globally. She was not fulfilled and it always felt as if something was missing. After her divorce, she decided to live a life of no regret and answered the ‘calling’. Nisreen started practising martial arts, pottery, sculpting, yoga and meditation in countries such as India, Nepal and Peru.
This 40-year journey to wellbeing has taught her the importance of deeply connecting to body, mind and spirit. This connection cultivated her passion to hold safe and sacred spaces for others to heal and transform. She shares vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies, rituals and other cathartic practises. These offerings and events are held at studios, workshops, retreats, corporate spaces and privately in South Africa and globally.
All you need is the desire to be there for yourself. If you connect to your heart, then everything will fall in to place naturally. Everything comes from love.
