About:

Everyone would like to feel well, vibrant and wake up with purpose. My work is an extension of my own daily practices that I would like to share with people who are willing to access their highest potential. Through nutrition, movement, spiritual guidance and environmental consciousness, I have cultivated a practice where I facilitate this transformation. I am particularly experienced in working with emotional attachments to food. I can also facilitate a healthy and mindful plant-based diet transition.
My greatest intention is to assist people in acknowledging their uniqueness, access their greatest state of wellbeing and ultimately raise the vibration for the collective benefit of our planet.

The majority of my work is online, however I do travel locally. Private yoga sessions are also available for those interested in starting yoga or those who would like to deepen and strengthen their practices.

I intend on my work being joyful, light-hearted and uplifting.

  • Bsc (Hons) Nutrition Science (CNELM UK)

  • Neurolinguistic Programming and hypnosis

  • 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training


What to expect from working with Kate

Package 1
2 x 1 hour sessions with one week in between sessions where we review a seven day dietary recall, addressing potential dietary issues and nutrient deficiencies. We then explore alternative meal options that suit the clients lifestyle, dietary preferences and long term health goals.

Package 2

4 x 1 hour sessions with one week in between sessions where we review a seven day dietary recall, addressing potential dietary issues and nutrient deficiencies. This package is more holistic where we explore other areas of personal wellbeing - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual by adding a component of movement, meditation and self awareness which is introduced as daily practices tailored to every individual.
