This 4-hour intensive workshop is for all yoga teachers and healers who would like to learn more about prenatal yoga and how to adapt your classes for a pregnant woman. Never freak out again when a preggie mama walks into your class as this workshop will equip you with all the ‘know-how’ of pregnancy yoga. You will leave with extensive knowledge on how the body changes physiologically and anatomically during pregnancy.

Physiological and anatomical changes during pregnancy
Safe adjustments and variations
Contraindications during pregnancy
Safe practices for complications and ailments

About your host - Rulene Moolman
Rulene is a qualified yoga therapist and teacher (500RYT) who's been teaching prenatal yoga for the last 7 years. She's done two full preggie yoga teacher trainings and is running a full 100hour pre-and postnatal teacher training coming up in February.
She is passionate about the subject which is evident in her work and business called Maiden to Mother.
Pregnancy is such a blessing and it is a privilege and an honour to be able to guide and teach women during this super special time of their lifes. It's such a short time period, but it's a unique time to be tapping into the gifts of yoga and the depths it has to offer.
Rulene did preggie yoga throughout both her pregnancies and practiced with many different teachers with various styles. Her unique skillset and experience is a source of rich knowledge which she more than ready to share with you.
