Namaste, My name is Lynnette
I am a proudly South African Yoga Teacher based in a small town called Tzaneen, in the Limpopo Province.
Yoga has been my โAnandaโ since the first day I stepped onto my yoga mat. (Ananda is a Sanskrit word meaning: divine joy, utter bliss and happiness).
I have learned so much about myself as a person through the practices and teachings of yoga that I can truly say โyogaโ has transformed my entire life, body, mind and spirit.
My yoga path is a continuous journey of learning and loving, a path of happiness and a path to becoming a better version of myself, for me and for my yoga family.
