This revitalising wellness retreat offers a transformative experience designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. This retreat provides a supportive space for participants to let go of daily stresses and embark on a journey of inner renewal.
Activities include a creative workshop to ignite inspiration and self- expression, daily yoga sessions to reconnect with your body, and an expansive breath work session for deep healing and release. The retreat also features a fire ceremony, inviting participants to symbolically release what no longer serves them and set intentions for a fresh start.
