About your hostS:
Hannah: I am a lover of movement and sound. I stumbled across this practice like most of us do - from affliction and in search for healing whether it be physical or emotional body. I dove right in and fully immersed myself in this subjective practice of self enquiry. I completed my 200hrs YTT in 2019 with Dale Guthrie and Cheryl Duncan, my 300/500hr with The Wellness Connection in 2022 and have completed additional courses and learning throughout the years that have followed, including Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
I offer creative and effective Vinyasa-styled teachings that focus on balancing strength and flexibility; physically and mentally. Making room for internal exploration is my top priority when holding space for others. What I discover through my practice and studies is what I gravitate towards teaching and sharing. I also have a wide range of sound-healing instruments and enjoy incorporating them into my classes, as well as hosting independent Sound Journeys
Kirsty Rae: My dream growing up was to become a ballet teacher. But as I grew older, the competition grew stronger and the constant need to be the perfect ballerina began to take a massive toll on me. Riddled with injuries and depression, I was forced to quit. After a friend invited me to a yoga class in 2014, I discovered that yoga brought me as much joy as dancing did but without the need to perform or the demand to be perfect. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Warrior in 2017 and have since completed various other trainings including prenatal yoga, yin yoga and my 300-hour teacher training. In a world that encourages us to push our bodies beyond our limits, my ever-flowing sequences provide you with space to invite ease and calm into your body where you can tune into all the signals your body is sending you and choose to honour them.
