About your host:
Teresa Summer has over 25 years of experience teaching holistic yoga and has been training students to become yoga teachers in Austria for nearly a decade. She operates yoga studios in both Austria and Switzerland. Teresa is enthusiastic about sharing her integrated knowledge and experience with South Africans and residents of Plett. Her specialties include workshops, life coaching, and hypnosis, all approached from a holistic methodology.
