How to Establish a Good Daily Ayurvedic Routine

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic systems of medicine and highly respected and trusted for bringing balance, improved health and wellness to mind, body and spirit. AYUR means life and VEDA means knowledge sharing that Ayurveda is the science of life, a way of living and a return to wellness in a truly holistic way.The whole human being is at the centre of this practice recognising all our systems (including digestive, respiratory, immune system, etc) all being interconnected, aligned and balanced. Ayurvedic practice focusses on the root cause of aliments or imbalances bringing a greater sense of balance to the individual.

In this 2.5 hour workshop we will explore why it makes such a difference to our well being if we have a good morning (or evening) ritual/routine.

Every day we have the chance to step into the day connecting with ourselves with intention, and to start out on the right footing. Ayurveda has a beautiful toolkit for this, and we will be looking at how best to implement these simple routines into our daily lives.

We will sit in circle and share our experiences as well – join us in community.

Delicious Ayurvedic teas and a snack will be provided.

about Your Instructor: Claudia Batschari

Claudia Batschari has practiced Ayurveda for many years, initially turning to it for her own healing – and then powerfully integrating it into her life in order to make the best decisions for her health. In 2020 Claudia completed an online course with Nidhi Pandya, ‘Ayurveda Demystified & Applied’. This was followed in 2021 by a year-long ‘Ayurvedic Wellness Coach Training’ course with the Shakti School – where she is currently enrolled in their 2nd year ‘Ayurvedic Health Counsellor’ training programme.

Claudia can look back on many years of women’s circles, through Woman Within, and has also facilitated on a few Waldorf School Coming of Age Camps for teenage girls, as they went through a rite of passage. We are thrilled to welcome Claudia to host this workshop at Ananda Sanctuary.
