They strengthen the wrists, arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core, but above all, they help us to develop a deeper sense of trust and confidence within - not to mention they are really fun - once you get the hang of thing!

ABOUT YOUR HOST:
Brigitta is a yoga instructor, trainer, and performance coach to high-level athletes, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders, as well as the owner of Yoga Motive.
Brigitta’s yoga journey began in 2011, and her practice soon became a space of clarity, connection and calm. The deep body/ mind connection afforded to her through her yoga practice led to Brigitta completing her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2016.
She has since then completed various wellness based certifications including pre- and post-natal yoga training, catalyst facilitation, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to name a few.
Brigitta is passionate about holistic wellness, and supporting people in their personal transformation, evolution and expansion.
Brigitta’s style of teaching demonstrates a strong connection to the principals of mindfulness, self-compassion and personal power.
