This course is ideal for anyone interested in deepening their understanding and practice of yoga. Whether you have a goal of teaching or simply to deeply investigate and understand yoga and set up your personal practice for life.

Our approach to yoga and meditation is a synthesis of ancient traditions with modern practices for the contemporary twenty-first-century yogi. The teaching of physical practices is based on a thorough and therapeutic understanding of bio-mechanics and applied anatomy & physiology developed over 35 years of practice and research. The more subtle arts of meditation and pranayama are mainly influenced by the teachings of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.

The training will take place at Rocklands Health and Movement Centre, home to ReUnion, our beautiful location close to Cecilia Forest in Constantia. This clean and green, natural energy environment with the sound of birds, and running water is ideal for training. There will be walking meditations on the lawns and outdoor yoga and meditation under the trees.
