About your host: Joelle Sleebos
Yoga to me is about connection with oneself and with one another. My passion is to help people to connect through yoga. I believe that yoga helps us to be the best version of ourselves, on and off our mats. It gives us a better understanding of our inner voice and challenges our bodies to reach places that our minds don’t believe they can go. Whether you are interested in the physical challenges, the mental or spiritual aspects, I hope yoga will improve your life as it has mine!
Michelle’s authentic self shone through as she facilitated us through a few art processes. The medium of art was new to me and quite profound in its lasting effect a few days after the retreat. Joëlle’s heart led yoga and chanting with her harmonium playing remains with me. The sound of her harmonium simply washes over you in a healing capacity. Our venue at Bodhi Khaya could not have been more perfect. All in all a sublime experience. - Alex
The Great Exhale.
A moment in time where a mom can pause and connect with herself and her child outside of routine. Just be, just play, just create. It's the just that we miss and which we were able to tap into here with Joëlle and Michelle. Auriah and my heart is full of Gratitude and Grace for the magic you created, thank you!!! - Janaki
