Join Yoga Motive in our upcoming workshop and deep dive into Yoga Arm Balances with us this April!

Yoga arm balances require mental focus and clarity as well as a deep connection to the breath. They strengthen the wrists, arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core, but above all, they help us to develop a deeper sense of trust and confidence within - not to mention they are really fun - once you get the hang of thing!

What we will learn:
- Wrist, shoulder, and hip mobility drills
- Wrist and shoulder strengthening
- Deep core activation
- Breath-work & mental clarity
- Step-by-step, how-to perform arm balances
- As well as how to safely advance and progress in your yoga arm balance journey

Yoga Poses we will work with:
- Baby Crow Pose/ Bala Kakasana
- Crow Pose/ Kakasana
- Side Crow Pose/ Parsva Bakasana
- Crane Pose/ Bakasana
- Elephant Trunk Pose/ Eka hasta bhujasana
- Eight Angle Pose/ Ashtavakra

This workshop is a beautiful way to deepen and expand your yoga practice and experience.

This workshop is designed to help practitioners of all levels advance and deepen their practice by providing them with valuable foundations, skills, and insights to support the continuous journey of progress and expansion on the mat and in their practice.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Brigitta is a yoga instructor, trainer, and performance coach to high-level athletes, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders, as well as the owner of Yoga Motive. 

Brigitta’s yoga journey began in 2011, and her practice soon became a space of clarity, connection and calm. The deep body/ mind connection afforded to her through her yoga practice led to Brigitta completing her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2016. 

She has since then completed various wellness based certifications including pre- and post-natal yoga training, catalyst facilitation, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to name a few.

Brigitta is passionate about holistic wellness, and supporting people in their personal transformation, evolution and expansion.

Brigitta’s style of teaching demonstrates a strong connection to the principals of mindfulness, self-compassion and personal power.
