In addition to these restorative practices, the retreat offers a creative workshop to inspire self-expression, a sound healing session to harmonise the mind and body, and a sunrise walking meditation on the beach for grounding and mindfulness. With gentle guidance, attendees are encouraged to listen to their bodies, unwind, and embrace the restorative effects of restful practices, promoting overall health and well-being.
