About:

After enjoying 20 years of yoga in a personal capacity, I finally ventured off to India to complete a 200hr Hatha YTTC and a 100hr Kundalini YTTC in 2019. I have been teaching full-time ever since while continuing a breathwork practitioners course through Breathwork Africa.

I am deeply passionate about the interconnection between breath and movement, understanding that both are intrinsically linked to living a holistic life. It is incredibly humbling to be able to guide people on their journey to self-awareness through these modalities.

My yoga basics class is all about becoming acquainted with your physical body, learning to move in ways that release tension, and strengthening the muscles surrounding your major joints.

Yoga poses are adapted from Hatha and Yin Yoga, with a strong emphasis on breathwork to help you feel the full expression of the various poses. This class is slow, and attention to alignment is a priority.

The intermediate classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa. Once we have learned the basics, we can experiment with our physical boundaries, empowering us to grow and develop a deeper trust within ourselves.

I teach meditation, breathwork, and desktop yoga in easy-to-follow online live sessions to corporates. Not only proven to increase productivity, improve mental well-being, and increase immunity, but also create an environment that is more relaxed, encouraging teamwork and creativity.
