Siobhan discovered yoga as a way to find balance in a fast-paced world, but it quickly became a transformative path of self-discovery, healing, and connection. This journey eventually led her to found Ginger Roots Yoga Studio.
Siobhan is deeply rooted in the philosophy of yoga, including the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistic practice that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
At Ginger Roots Yoga Studio, she has created an intimate, welcoming space where students—whether new to yoga or experienced—feel supported on their unique journeys.
Off the mat, Siobhan enjoys exploring nature, reading, and capturing human connection in her photography studio. She looks forward to sharing the transformative power of yoga.
