About:
Guiding friends & family through ancient concepts of awareness & consciousness has been an experience of real joy for Simmi. It is through these experiences that she helps people, and at the same time, learns more about herself & life in general.
From before the age of 6, movement & music have always been a huge part of Simmi's life. With a super keen interest in dancing, gymnastics & other sports, it was only her that could not see the obvious path to take. After a seemingly negative, yet awakening experience, Sim sold her photography business & decided to pursue her passion of movement in a new way, through learning yoga...& what an incredible journey it has been!
Sim has been running daily yoga classes at Mantis & Moon Backpacker's, where her husband built an incredible wooden studio with glass walls. nestled in the jungle, where she has been hosting & teaching Yoga Workshops, Trainings & other fun events.

Qualifications:
2010: Break Thru Dance Company- 3 month intensive dance training from Ballet, Hip Hop, Crumping, Gumboot, Contemporary etc
2013: 500 Hour(Hr) Chakra Yoga Teacher's Training with Pyramid Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
2015: 20 Hr Pre Natal Yoga with Yoga Mama
2016: Hypnobirthing Anti Natal Practitioner's Training
2017: 20 Jai Aerial 20 Hr Aerial Yoga Teacher's Training
2017: WOMBS Doula Training (Women Offering Mother's Birth Support)
2018: 50hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Anti-Gravity Yoga
2018: Natural Healing Course
From 2013, Simmi has been on & hosted various yoga retreats, Workshops including Buddhist Retreat Centre (BRC), Monsoon Wellness, Just Breathe, Ignite Passion, JailLife, Not Sheep Bootcamp & More
