Rulene specialises in assisting students who have got certain ailments and discomforts through one on one sessions.
She offers classes in Rivonia, which are Hatha floor-based classes, prenatal group classes and Aerial yoga.

Rulene is passionate about Pre-Natal Yoga, where she offers Private and Semi-Private classes. These classes are especially important now during Covid when we can't risk group settings for preggie moms.

Rulene also offers Prenatal classes in the Aerial Hammock; these classes are only a private level.
