Rudolf van Jaarsveldt

About:

Rudolf found Yoga in the early 2000’s and always left classes wanting more. He decided to delve deeper into the Yogic path and became interested in connecting the practice with theory. This led him to complete his 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through the very competent Mzansi School for Yogic Arts ,with Lauren Mensikovas being the lead teacher and mentor.

An easy going, yet quirky nature allows him to teach in a very conversational, yet soundly structured way, that aims to leaves students feeling inspired and supported. His style can be described as mindful flowing movement that connects mind, body and spirit. He especially likes the flowing movement that Vinyasa has to offer through the various Asana’s, but can teach others styles as well.
His teaching philosophy is based on creating an all-inclusive environment, where judgement is left outside of the teaching space. This allows him to be attentive to student needs and finding alternative ways and variations for students needing them. On his continuous journey of self-discovery, he is actively building on his own knowledge, with a passion for Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama(breathing techniques).

When Rudolf is not teaching or on his mat, he can be found spending time with his partner, cats and nature.
