My journey into yoga started as a way to find strength during a difficult time in my life, and has evolved into a passion for movement, play, self-acceptance, and pushing the boundaries.
Through yoga, I have learned to move through the world with a more kind and considered heart, and keep my mind open to new possibilities around every corner. You’d be amazed at where your mind and body will go, if you let them.
I am a Vinyasa practitioner, with a more strength-based, athletic, and contemporary style to my teaching.
