After recovering from cancer, Natalia found a new path in Yoga.  “I felt strength and a whole new collective energy in my classes and mat.  Yoga for me was not all about touching your toes, but what you learn on the way down.”

“The body benefits from the movement, and the mind benefits from the stillness”

Natalia has been teaching yoga from her home studio and volunteers at an old Age home, seniors and chair Yoga there once a week. 

Qualifications:

  •  250 Teachers Training in Hatha Yoga

  • Comprehensive Nutrition - Trifocus
