Mandisa Nduli is a mindfulness, yoga and healing teacher. She has been teaching yoga for 5 years and has a passion for reconnecting people to themselves.

Mandisa’s yoga classes are simple, strong, creative and focus on all key elements of yoga that she currently enjoys; meditation, flexibility, strength, breath, core exploring the self.
