About:
Kris is a former chef and is currently pursuing a degree in multimedia design at Greenside Design Centre.
Kris began her yoga journey two years ago during a time of deep disconnection. Struggling with an eating disorder, yoga became her guiding light, enriching her life, relationships, passion for cooking, her love for the outdoors, and movement.
In her classes, she creates a lively and welcoming space, blending meditation, breathwork, and physical practice. Her approach combines strong, flowing poses with creative movement, guiding students toward self-discovery and rejuvenation.
With each practice, she aims` to guide students to reconnect with their bodies and soothe their nervous systems.
