I have been practising and teaching Kriya Yoga for 20 years, travelling the world and living in various Temples and Ashrams throughout the East and West.

Residing in Cape Town I now Teach Kriya Yoga and Initiate people into Kriya Yoga for the seekers looking to realise the Atma and transcend the material existence..

I have been trained and initiated into Vedic Prayer rituals which I do regularly for various prayers and special events.
