Hi,  I’m Christine - vegan, coffee and handstand addict with a passion for movement and fitness. I love people and thrive on being able to help them reach their goals, exceed their own limitations and realize their potential.

My classes are vinyasa based and focus on releasing fascial adhesions, increasing strength, balance and mindfulness - while having fun.

  • 200Hour Shades Of Yoga, Bali

  • Qualified personal trainer 

  • Thai Yoga Massage therapist
