Welcome to Eat Well Move Free, I'm Shandre.

Eat Well Move Free offers affordable client-focused individual and group classes, holistic nutrition coaching and corporate wellness solutions in the Cape Town area. All services are catered to beginners.

I created this platform to help you create the life you want. I believe that wellness should be about nourishing and nurturing your internal and external environments not an all-or-nothing approach. You can achieve a balanced and fulfilled life.

Yoga and Holistic Nutrition is my passion and I've been honoured to have clients from all over the world.

I believe in sustainable changes and my goal is to help you find your middle path through right action, right thought and right awareness.

I am able to offer you customized nutritional guidance and yoga solutions based on your lifestyle, diet and health goals.  I  work from a "holistic perspective" - I consider the whole person and how the body, mind and spirit interact. Unhealthy eating habits, weight loss, IBS, digestive issues, yoga, meal planning and more.

  • 200- hour Vinyasa

Yoga classes

Seasonal Yoga in the Park (starts September) - 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month

Sunset Yoga for Beginners at StrikeFit in Diep River every Friday at 6 pm

Saturday morning zoom yoga - Saturdays at 9 am
