Find your Flow Retreat

7-13 July | Sahari Zanzibar Boutique Hotel, Zanzibar

Find your Flow Retreat in Zanzibar will be returning in July 2024! Imagine a week in paradise, surrounded by turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. Can you feel the breeze already?

Our venue? The Sahari Zanzibar Boutique Hotel in Bwejuu. The hotel sits right on the beach so you’ll wake up to and practice yoga to the sounds of the waves. All guests will have a deluxe room to themselves (unless otherwise specified).

This yoga retreat is not your average yoga or beach vacay as you'll be diving into the heart of Zanzibar and experiencing the island. First we’ll spice things up with a tour of a legit spice farm (yes, you’ll be a spice connoisseur by the end of it), then wander through the historic streets of Stone Town and brace yourself for the ultimate Safari Blue excursion. Dolphins, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun— do you need more?

The Early Bird promotion ends at the end of this month (31 December 2023) and spaces are limited to only 10 people.

Your retreat host:

Denise Khoele will be your host at the Wild Women Weekend Retreat. Denise is a yoga teacher with over 4 years of experience, transitioning into this path after a serendipitous detour from her art director role in 2019.

Having immersed herself in yoga for over 4 years, she teaches a diverse range of styles—hatha, yin, vinyasa, yoga nidra. Beyond the physical practice, she has embraced her role as a kuchina, infusing ancient wisdom into her teaching. "My journey is fuelled by the realisation that yoga is a harmonious blend of strength and softness, honesty, and the profound stillness found in meditation and savasana."
