During this retreat, you will learn how to view the natural world through the lens of the 5 elements from a Chinese medicine perspective and tap into nature’s healing wisdom. You will explore the concept of Yin and Yang, Chi and the 12 main energy pathways of the body and their corresponding organs and emotions. You will use this to connect deeply with nature and engage the process of awakening to your oneness with the natural world. 

You will explore your sensory realm through unique wild safari experiences including blindfolded game drives, silent bushwalks, planting and digging for water and much more. Meditation and energy work will help you practice presence whilst bird watching, sinking into the natural circadian rhythm of the wilderness.

Lauren Arthur, Naturalist:

Lauren will facilitate a deep connection with nature and engage the process of awakening to your oneness with the natural world.
Your immersion into the African wild includes meditative Game Drives and bush walks as well as tree planting and getting your hands dirty. We will connect to nature through exploring the wild within - using our senses of sight, sound, smell, touch ... and taste!
We will be practising presence whilst bird watching and sink into the natural circadian rhythm of the wilderness. Through nature-based wisdom workshops you will incorporate the 5 elements within and connect to yourself in ways you will have never experienced before.

Marcela Mota, Yoga Teacher.

Marcela will help you harmonise with nature while deepening your yoga practice, to the breathtaking backdrop of the African Wild.
In this daily Sunrise Yoga experience, you will embody the Wisdom of the 5 Elements of Nature while connecting with the Elements within yourself. You’ll leave with an embodied understanding of how each of the elements relate to your body, emotions, feelings, internal organs and energy pathways. Rooted in Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the classes integrate both calming Yin and invigorating Yang yoga styles. Beginner-friendly and suitable for seasoned yogis, this experience offers a transformative journey of self-discovery beyond the mat.

Sara Loiperdinger, Hypnotherapist.

Sara will facilitate your arrival within to integrate the wisdom of the natural world, and reconnect to your own intuition.
Guided by the themes of the 5 Elements, we will delve into our own emotional and spiritual depths to explore our resistances, unconscious blocks and how to release these for greater intuitive connection to ourselves. Learn to understand the language of your body and what messages it has for you. Tune in to your unconscious, allowing space for compassionate self-exploration through guided group meditations, yoga nidra, sound journeys and a cacao ceremony.
There is space offered for private 1-2-1 hypnotherapy sessions for those who feel called.
