Meet the most inspiring lecturers & teachers on our 200h qualification, 70% Of our teachers are local with others coming from Germany, The UK and even Poland. You will be introduced to every aspect of yoga so that you can make an informed career decision, it's not only about teaching postures... there are so many directions that you can branch off in.

We call it a 200hr, but you get 200+ hours. Our team from all over the globe came up with optional and additional worksheets, activities, and content just for you. We have regular check in's and Q & A sessions.

You will be able to teach a full yoga asana, pranayama & meditation class at the end of our training. We provide you with an addition class to teach in your own time at our studio. For those who seek personal development this course will cover you, there is no pressure for those who choose not to become teachers.
